  • Soy mimics estrogen in the body and they suggest you limit your weekly servings to avoid increasing your risk for breast cancer. I also prefer the taste of unsweetened almond milk over soy milk.

  • There are a lot of BMI calculators online. All that it takes into consideration is your height and weight. 25-30 = overweight, 30+ = obese. (Of course someone who is a bodybuilder might have a higher BMI but is not necessarily overweight.) Any way you look at it, 23 is just fine!
