  • I second that - especially if you're doing high impact aerobic activity (maybe not "hurt" your stomach, but you might get sick) ... however, if you want to have protein before, just cut it with less water - should be better on your stomach.
  • Try this - pat with honey mustard (or a combination 1:1 of honey and mustard), and then top with sliced almonds. In the oven for approx 20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish) at 400F
