I do this as well. At first I thought it would be gross but I tried it once and was hooked. I add liquid egg whites to my instant oatmeal. I stir about every 20 secs to make sure it's getting mixed very well. Kinda reminds me of a souffle.

just get a Vegetti. As seen on TV isle in most walmarts, walgreens, etc. Supper easy and taste like whatever you season them with. I sautee with garlic and adobo seasoning salt. They are delish. I have also sauteed them then added some shrimp and tossed with a lite lime dressing from newman own.

I just saute with some garlic and a little adobo seasoning salt and add turkey meatballs and no sugar added pasta sauce and parmasean cheese....or add a wedge of laughing cow a a touch of milk for a faux alfredo.

Last night I made a low carb pizza crust. I love love love my Vegetti. I got mine at walmart. I use it at least twice a week. I haven't had real pasta since getting one of these (about 7 months now).

the ones I have made did not crisp up like a crust but I don't know if that was bc I used a silicone baking mold. Next time I try these I will make in a baking dish to see if that will make it a bit more crispy. Mine were soft but not too soft. The texture was not bad in my opinion.

I made this for dinner last night... I used 2 whole eggs and 2 Oz of Cream cheese blended with oregano, garlic, and onion powder. I cooked mine for 15 minutes then added the topping and then broiled for a few minutes. This made 2 servings for me. I will have this again. It was really good!

I am going to try this! I can see how it forms a "crust". I use two ounces of Cream Cheese and 2 eggs seasoned with a spash of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon to make "pancakes". I love these little wedges! I add one to sauteed zucchini noodles as a creamy side. Also to egg whites and microwaved. I will add to cooked brocolli slaw and tomatoe soup. I add it to low carb bread for a grilled cheese. On a Wasa cracker. I love, love, love the new Spicy Jack flavor!
