Alot of sodium and eating late can make you weigh heavy too... Weigh in a couple days and maybe you will have better results. I'm down almost 2 pounds since Monday which is when I raised my calories.

I hit a plateau, I've fought the same 2 pounds for about 2 months. I just reset my calories to tdee (seditaty ) -20% which is about 1600. I'm 28 6ft tall and about 198, Myfitnesspal has me set at 1200 calories to loose 2 pounds a week, Ive bumped it up to 1430 which is a pound and a half a week, but I never loose more then about a pound and I work out 3-4 days a week. I did the TDEE calculation and it shows 2360 (with the option working out 1-3 days a week).…

I forgot to post yesterday. I walked 2.1 miles and did 30 mins of streaching, my body wasn't really cooperating. Todays weight 198.6 which is a 1.4 pound loss.
