Walking to the trainers' area to get my workout sheet, my bad knee gave out and I fell face first on the floor. It seemed to go in SLOW MOTION.

It won't be 3 minutes forever. You just need to build your endurance and before you know it, you will be passing that 20 minute mark. Don't give up. It is hard work but worth it!

You still probably have a lot of swelling. I found right after I had my daughter, my metabolism was racing. Just watch what you eat, eat 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism high and your energy up and digestion burns calories. Good luck and congratulations!
