I love the way I feel when I have finished. I used to say "yuck I'm sweaty!" Now I say "I love to sweat", I feel like I am accomplishing another goal. I am sooo ready for Level 2 tomorrow, 10 days down and 20 to go!

Log it under circuit training. Just finished Level 1 today and tomorrow Level 2. Bring it on! This is my second time doing it and 2 is by way the hardest in the series.

finished day 9 and feeling pretty goood. One more day and then on to Level 2.

Got my day 8 in after my daughters ballet class. I am right with you been really tired. My knee was a little sore tonight so I had to not push so hard, even though I stayed pretty in sync with Natalie. I am sure it was because of the running this evening as well.

Day 7 done! Wow it seems like a sweat a little more each time I do the work out. Bring on Level 2 in 3 days!

I am on my second round of it and my endurance has increased. My body has changed my legs, butt, and hips have all lost inches and I am in my goal pants (comfortably). By the end of this round I hope to be in my second goal pants.

Make sure you are switching it up at the gym as well. You don't want to get bored with your workout. I usually change routines about once a month. I am actually starting Weight Training next month at college and I am really looking forward to it.

Oh yeah, the sweat just drips off me as well. Completed day 6 this morning and dance practice tonight for 2 hours. I am hoping for good results as well. Have fun at work!:bigsmile:

You inspired me to try using her as well. Did pretty well and followed her most of the time. Now the goal is to use her the entire workout.

I was told in the last group I was in back in June to put it in circuit training. That is what I have continued to place it under.

Completed Day 3 this morning and feeling great now. The arms are starting to recover and getting used to the increase in weights. Starting to worry about not getting all of my calories in because I have already eaten 2 meals and a snack and still have over 1000 calories left to complete today. My daughter has a football…

I like to make a pot of Biggest Loser Black Bean Turkey Chili and have it for dinner with the family one night and still have enough left over for four 1 cup servings and it is very filling for me. I eat it was the tostitos scoops counting out 12 of those. Total on calories for that meal is 360 calories.

Just went through my log as well and since August 15th I have logged 617 minutes. I hope you start one for September as well.

I usually eat 3 meals a day and have a protein and a fruit or veggie as a snack 2 times a day. It helps me not eat after 7:00 at night.

Well Day #2 down and boy are my arms feeling the increase in weights.

Did my first day this morning! I am right with you I'll be sore in the morning. But we have to keep on keeping on. I have pictures to post after we are done. However I cannot find my measuring tape, I'll have to stop and get one this evening.

Well did my first day this morning and increased my weights this time around to 5 lbs. My word I forgot how it makes me feel.....AWESOME!! That is of course after the now I know why people get sick on the Biggest Loser with her phase has passed:wink:

My daughter and I have our first Pee Wee Football game an hour and a half away. But we love our cheerleading and football!
