Hi everyone. I'm synecdoche on MeFi. I've had a MFP account for a long time but have used it only sporadically. I'm looking to make some changes, though. I'm going to see a dietician at the end of next week to get some professional support but it'll be nice to have some friendly people on here, too.

I have it, and just started the break-in workout today. It's pretty good. I did some research before buying it and the general consensus was that it is fundamentally sound. It offers a lot of different workouts depending on your goals. What I like about it is it suggests a progression from the initial four-week break-in…
