I don't hate exercise and i love to do exercise daily because its a best activity to maintain health and fitness. I love to do walk daily. This is simple but most effective exercise for everyone.

This is true about cardio that cardio activity is perfect for losing weight. There are many cardio exercises that are good for fitness but these are most effective and useful cardio like running,jogging,jumping rope,swimming,cycling and yoga.

Cardio exercises are the most effective and beneficial exercises for complete body. Every cardio is for complete body parts so we can say that cardio is full body workout. I suggest everyone to do some cardio exercises if you people want to do full body workout.
