I burn maybe 300cal five days a week. I'm not horribly worried about it. Like I said, I don't need it for babies, and I'm losing weight, I feel great. Just curious is this is common for women starting to exercise.

Holy smokes... Honestly I think you need to loosen up. Especially with all that on your plate. I just now have enough energy to start exercising again. My babys 5mos old, he started sleeping at night- but I wasn't even breastfeeding.. Alls I got is good luck.

you SHOULDN'T be working out! activity, esp. strenuous, puts you at high HIGH risk of the clot breaking loose and moving from your leg to your heart or lung.. thats a critical-life threatening situation. Your dr should've advised you of that. what treatment are you getting for this?
