I'm5'1 though & this is just shy of 2 years apart. -35ish pounds. I didn't do it straight through. I stopped&started. Lose some gained it back but the last 5ish months I've been dedicated so most came off then. feel free to add me!

I don't log my cheat day.. I'll be logging my cheat meal that I'll be changing. I weigh everything with a kitchen scale and scan labels as much as possible for accuracy Thanks for the feedback

@beautifulwarrior18 I like the websites (on the computer) set up much better than it used to be. I find it easiest to find an online recipe similar to mine- then I just copy the URL and then modify the ingredients to what I use. This is so much easier bc you can just type it all in at once in a text box versus searching…

I eat when I'm hungry. I've tried eating on a schedule and I couldn't uphold it. I like to eat bigger meals too- I get more satisfaction. If I don't snack (which doesn't bother me) then I get those extra calories for my meals. Keeping within cal goal= weight loss.
