  • Never never use tennis shoes for running. Go to a running shop and test them on your feet, don't choose considering brands or color. If it's a good running shop I'm sure you will be happy as buying your first pair of running shoes is quite an experience.

  • Still didn't figure out if Runtastic Orbit is supposed to integrate with MFP. On app it is possible to select the steps detection from Runtastic but it doesn't appear to be the Me application.
  • You mean with Runtastic? If so no, the HR is not considered for calories calculation.
  • It depends everything on GPS precision. So if you can provide the full data of the 2 sessions (distance, duration, calories) we can evaluate better. And of course if your weight changed there could be another little variation on calories burned.
  • Currently Runtastic doesn't use the HR to estimate the calories burned.
