Your illustration made me giggle.... sorry.... I would go with the "buy bigger pants" thing. I am suprised about there actually being devices for this. Go to a mall, go into several stores and try on different pants. Do not pay attention to the size, but the fit.

I get steamed chicken and broccoli and they put the sauce on the side. You can have rice/ brown rice with it as well. I usually get an egg roll too... just because ;)

Awesome... my daughter didn't know one of my "before" pictures was me. When I told her, she asked if I was sick. Kids are great because its a real honest, uncensored gauge of how you're doing! Great job!!

I started doing this back at the end of 2011-- it helped me through 2 plateaus and has transformed my body. Not only does it fuel me, but it helps me get used to how I will eat at my goal weight ;) My "net" is always around/above my BMR.
