When you have a lower BMI, you should have your goal set at 1/2 lb to 1 lb (Still high @ 1 lb!) a week. People that are obese or very heavy can do the 1-2 (2 still being aggresive!) Try some weight lifting, gaining muscle-- you will burn cals just sitting there. I'm a yo-yo er, but have lost weight in the past and have…

I second what ifyouknew says... I used to do education for newly pregnant mamas when I worked at an OBGYN office. Then advice from my mom... eat as close to naturally occuring foods as possible (ha ha ha ha). I gained alot during both of my pregnancies, and if I had to "do over" I would eat alot more sensibly. Calories are…

Hi my name is Amanda... I've binge eaten since I can remember... getting up in the middle of the night and scarfing down cookies... I had to be 7 or so. I was skinny then, and for all of my childhood. So in classic binge eating fashion, in my adulthood I've yo-yoed. I lost 70 lbs with MFP and working out... did great. But…

I was on accutane twice- and still get acne. Recently, I started taking zinc supplements-- and it helps alot. I also have psoriasis and it seems to have helped that as well. You have to be careful with zinc supplementation because it can deplete your copper stores. Do some research... My face has cleared ALOT.

Beautiful before and after--- I'll bet you feel great! You should be SO proud of yourself because as we both know, it's tough!!! Great job- you look smokin!!!!

hahaha I agree. Occaisionally I've had them, but usually adding an egg. Still not healthy, but I love em.

Your butt looks amazing!! Seriously! And your waist looks alot smaller! I just threw out my back last week- petting my cat. While not as embarrassing as the hairball incident, I totally understand. "why are you in so much pain?" "Uhhh... I pet my cat"

My (very small) wedding is 1/5/13 and I lost my weight for that. I was aiming to be 135 lbs by then, but I'll take the weight I've lost ;) Good luck and you certainly can do it. Dresses can be altered and it's worth it. ;) BEST WISHES!

I'm so sorry.... losing those close to us is devastating for so many reasons. I hope you can find comfort and strength through memories. Again, I am so sorry....

I can say I know exactly how you feel. Use it as your motivation. It seems like a slow process, and there will be time you'll want to give up.... but if you keep at it, and I mean really keep at it- you will notice a change and so will those around you. Keep your chin high.... we emphasize too much on appearance and not on…

The one thing that's awesome about life is... you get a new day to start over every 24 hours. Don't beat yourself up over one day-- make the next a great one. EVERYONE does it and if you restrict yourself too much, you'll just find yourself giving up. Best wishes!

I noticed my hair falling out in clumps- I literally had bald spots. I asked one of the docs I work for to check my TSH.... and BOOM.... it was hypothyroidism. I take synthroid and now have tons of healthy growth!

Eff em. I truly think they are going WAAAAYYY too far and I wonder why you are the focus of their day? Don't they have work to do or something? Congratulations on your losses- you should be damn proud and your "weird" foods have helped you get there. I'm glad you continue to bring them despite ridicule. Your topic title…

I agree with the above posters that it can be PCOS. People with extremely low body fat can miss ovulation as well. If you've noticed hair where it shouldn't be (more than 1 or 2 ) like on your chin, back, chest nipples that is one of the signs. PCOS can present differently in all people but can seriously affect things like…

How frickin awesome is that?!? Congrats!

I used a patch for a couple days-- to get me through the worst. I loved smoking. I really didn't want to quit, but knew I had to. The patch got me through the first few days where the physical withdrawls are the wost. It helped break the habit as well. I didn't want to get addicted to the patch, either. I smoked 1+ pack a…

I'm an abstainer--- if it's something I know I'll want more of, it's easier for me just to not have it at all!

Gala! For sure!

During the fireworks they do at Disney's Magic Kingdom at the end of the night. It was great. ♥

I called the scale a bad word the other day- I have the same thing going on this week. *sigh* I wish I had a better answer than "Most of us have been through this". Hang in there- maybe next week the scale will be down 4 lbs ;)

You look absolutely beautiful and amazing! Glad to have your support as my MFP buddy!!!!! What a difference!

I'm 5'5"-- I weighed 125 a few years back and I wasn't too skinny. I was thin but muscular. I also have big hips/legs so it's hard for me to look "too skinny". But, women are beautiful thick or thin-- it's what is important to each individual that matters.

I've used it for my scalp psoriasis- It's the only thing aside from topical steroids(which I don't like to use too often!) that gives any relief. I have also used it for my hair-- I rub it into my scalp, all through my hair, leave it on overnight and wash twice with shampoo. Hair is gorgeous when I do this. Your pillow can…

Cottage cheese and fruit (pineapple, apple, etc)

This is my favorite response. I would hardly think someone fitting into a small would look pregnant.

Mine was around the 20 lb mark- biggest difference was when I started to seriously work out. Then I got more comments from others as well and started to get excited about my progress.
