I know. I'm afraid it could happen. So far its fine. I cant tell any difference with my supply. Just worries me since I'm wanting to diet and breastfeeding at the same time.

Thank you. I contacted my doctor and she said about 1500 to 1800 should be fine. Im afraid if I exercise a lot with what my body is already burning that my supply will decrease. I don't what what I eat just how much I eat. Is that still ok. For instance today for lunch I had left over taco salad. The meat was 96 lean 4 fat…
