I'm 4'11 currently weigh 116 lbs trying to get back to 95 lbs. I gained about 20 pounds within the last year and a half. I've just started a 1200 calorie diet. I exercise about 3 to 4 days a week but my diet is the worst. Hoping I can get back down to my old weight in about three months.

I love protein shakes. I bought a protein mix I think the brand is EOS in vanilla flavor and it mixes pretty well. What I love to do is buy a bunch of fruit like strawberries, bananas, rasberries, black berries, oranges, lemon, etc. and cutting them and freezing them up. to use as ice cubes. I remember I went to some seminar on a cruise ship before and they were saying you might as well just drink regular coke since its just as bad. Having it in moderation would be the best.

Trust me I love exercising...i work at a gym haha Just eating bad is something I do a lot. I love eating healthy too but eat fast food a lot so it doesn't really help. Since everyone is against it....I'm just going to look at portion control and eating a balanced diet.

Well I work out 3-4 days a week too for about an hour so I think I can get around the skinny fat cause I do a lot of weight training and cardio.
