  • Diet sodas and such have literally zero side effects... It's the candy & syrups that have the sugar alcohols that can cause diarrhea! Also, if trying to keep insulin super low like I do while dieting, other fake sweeteners with ingredients like acesulfame-k has been known to raise insulin!
  • I've been following CarbNight and CarbBackLoading depending on temporary goals, and follow Body i/0 on Soundcloud.com! Currently 181lbs today, 5'11, 16.5 inch biceps/calves in synch 34 yrs old.

  • You all must not of read any of John Kiefer's books! No offense but there's so much more too it even though it is simple! Soundcloud has many of Kiefers podcasts under Body i/0
  • Large Bananas will spike insulin high (high glycemic index), I'd not eat either of the 2 choices for snack... I advise keeping insulin levels down until post workouts and or night. Natural levels of insulin rise during workouts, and at night/sleep until about 2hrs after wake. Good luck
  • Not a Male Stripper but I do shave occasionally (pretty common for gym rats)... Best results are After I shower using conditioner mixed with my body wash. Same with face.:tongue:
  • Diabetic or not, it's controlling your insulin. Not eating simple sugars but eating fruit in a high glycemic index is not different and will spike your insulin, stop fat burning and cause tissue growth/fat storage. there's even proof of Substitute sugars spiking insulin...
