I have a number of her dvd;s and 6week6pk is one of them. I do it about 2x/week and alternate with troublezone and metabolism one or I do 20min.turbojam&a20 min jm workout. Your right, it is hard to stick to one workout day after day. I do see results, and i feel good about my workouts too. do not feel like I am missing…

whenever you are comfortable in doing so, Way to go in your weight loss, and keep up the healthy eating choices and exercise.(always exercise!!) Better to plateau than gain some or all the weight back.

I do not have a smart phone, but I am now using map my runs.com (thankyou for the suggestion) I have never ran outside before, so actually I am enjoying it. It is cool in the mornings for now, no bugs (yet), calm and quiet. Nice sunrise, hear the birds singing! Love it. Not quite sure what i will do when it gets smokin hot…

Amen to that! :blushing: I just had to go and buy :angry: smaller:sad: bras. From C 38 to B36:explode: .... but my hubby like me just the way I am AND I do feel fabulous when my weight loss - :love: So I guess it is worth it. (pushup bras do wonders too:bigsmile: ):blushing:
