Just make the switch to diet. That is what I did with Mt Dew! I would drink at least a 2 liter of Mt Dew a day! Now, I drink a 20oz diet soda/day pretty regularly and then drink water the rest of the time. I can not imagine drinking anything other than diet soda at this point. They have a web site that will link you to retail stores that sell it. It is a powdered peanut butter that has 45 calories per serving. You just add water to the powder to make it. Bell Plantation makes it. A google search will lead you directly to their site.

I am glad I found this app and the site! I never paid attention to how much I was eating before! That has always been a big issue for me!. Thanks for the warm welcome! As far as resources, have been doing a lot of reading about healthy diets and food mostly. Did start walking/hiking yesterday so that should play a huge part in my weight loss success as well!
