Like stated....DO NOT CHEAT!!!!! That is the big thing! After the third day it gets MUCH better as well! The third day is the worst from what I hear.

I rarely drink water. I drink iced tea and Diet Dew.

I'm in! Starting weight: 282.8 pounds Feb. Weight loss goal: 20 pounds I am going to try to work out 360 minutes or more per week. Definitely will be eating a lot of protein!

I log while I am eating or immediately after. I do not plan my daily meals. I just wing it. I look to see where I am before deciding what to eat at a meal though.

Mine is a cop-out more than anything. I have four kids at home and it is hard sometimes to get a healthy meal put together with my busy work schedule. My wife is not a fan of a lot of variety in food, so it is hard for her to find meals that everyone enjoys. We did really well for a long time...then a big change took place…
