I use TURBOFIRE and I also have INSANITY...both burn anywhere from 300-600 calories per workout depending on the day...(some dvd's are 20 -60 minutes). No equipment required.

JCPenney's carries Xersion workout clothes....shorts(with built-in panties), capri leggings, and tank tops with built-in bras (med and high impact). I have several shorts, one pair of capris and several tops! They wear/wash very well....Medium impact is enough for TurboFire.....prefer the High impact top when running…

I am not, nor have I ever been, a follower of Paula Deen. Have never even watched one of her shows in its entirety. With that being said, she was on Dr. Oz a while back and they were re-vamping some of her high calorie "comfort" foods like homemade mac & cheese to make it "lighter".

Excercise, Healthy diet, and increased water are your best bests to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. And yes it can "go…

Cant really consider this rude since it came from my 3 year old daughter...but she liked to climb in our old huge clawfoot bathtub with me and one night as I sat down in the tub with her she looked astonished and said WHERE DID YOUR BELLYBUTTON GO???? From my WW days....I remember being told that you are better off eating a (regular) hamburger and small fries at McDonalds than any of the "healthy" salads...from a calorie/fat count. Would have to research to get the numbers...Guess I'm saying don't just "assume" a salad from fast food is a healthy choice.

I started seeing a small change in inches/toning but no weight loss with INSANITY until the 2 month and then ONLY after I purchased a HRM so I accurately logged calorie burn and then adjusted my NET calories accordingly. I actually had to start eating more to start losing. Hang in there...there is no way you can complete…
