  • I wear a Polar FT7 HRM while I do Zumba WII.....I average 100 calories burned every 10 minutes...I do a full length class either moderate or high intensity. Went to my first "real" Zumba the other night....my HRM registered 530 for a 60 minute class...I think Zumba is worth it.....it's a "fun Burn" :wink:
  • just replaced my GOLD GYM 410 Treadmill from Walmart with a Gold's Gym Elliptical 410 *18" stride*.....I prefer to run outside and for various reasons had the treadmill as a backup. It bothered my knee when I ran on it. Love the elliptical...have had it just a week.

  • I try to drink 64 ozs of water daily....I don't "think" (not professional advice, just opinion) that more water would hurt UNLESS you are drinking water to feel full and not eating substantial and needed calories.
