I have issues with accountability as well. I also hate getting up to go to the gym. I don't know why because once I am there, I love it. But.....getting there sucks! I don't know what my problem is because last year I lost over 20 pounds, but I was also in a weight loss competition that paid me.. money is a great motivator…

I have no words of wisdom, I wish I did. I yoo , have my issues, which seem to go hand in hand with my weight. I lost 25 pounds earlier this year and gained it all back plus 7. My trainer has been saying this to me since I started working out with him. Eat more if you're to work out, but it's such a hard concept to grasp.

I've been lifting weights, which is new to me, and have made incredible progress in my strength. I do lifting 2-3 days a week for about 45 minutes alternating areas and total body workouts.
