I've really struggled this last week! Did 8 days of level 1, but only 2 days of level 2 so far. There's a group which started 1st Feb. I'm currently on Day 9 of level 1 (well I'm hoping to squeeze it in later after work). It does get easier ...and then you move to the next level. I've done it a few times in the past and had great results (mostly inch loss rather than weight loss).

I'm hoping to do Day 8 later this evening (assuming little one settles)! Thinking of moving to Level 2 weds - I'll have done 9 days level 1 plus 1 rest day then.

Had a rest day yesterday and not a good food day...went 500 cals over. Got up this morning and did Day 7! I'm hoping to squeeze in another workout DVD later (if toddler allows it!). Hope you all are having great weekends!

Day 6 done! Yay! I mixed up the 1.5kg and 3kg weights today, definitely feeling it more!! Getting v bored of level 1 now, not sure I'll make 10 days, I quite like the idea of doing 9 of each - thanks Alicia!

Day 5 done. I've been using 1.5kg weights but decided to try 3kg weights for circuit 2 today...I think I may regret this in the morning!!

It's day 5 for me...I didn't get up early so will do it after work. Unbelievably, I feel terrible for having an extra 40 mins in bed!!! I've felt amazing the last few days waking at 5.45!

FD no 2 for me this week too. Todays menu: B- blueberries, pomegranate and coconut greek yoghurt L- sticks of celery, cucumber, sweet red pepper and carrots D- courghetti with green pesto and peas Snacks- cereal bar and small portion of popcorn Have great days!x

Thanks for this. It's currently my TOTM and when I weighed last week, I was 2lbs up and devastated! My periods are not as easy to track as they used to be so this makes me feel better. I'm on day 4 30DS today and I do 5:2 diet so hoping for a loss this week'!

I weigh on a Friday too - usually do my fasts on a mon and weds. I'm considering adding a 3rd fast a week but I'm finding it sooooo hard!! It was easy in the summer, so I think it's the cold weather!

I'm doing it - I actually did it last summer for 6 weeks to lose those last few pounds. I put weight on over christmas so I'm back at it and already lost 7lbs. I find it easy as long as I'm well prepared!

This!! I was fitting it in in the morning - until my toddler decided to start waking anywhere between 5/6am! Added to this, she's gone from sleeping through to 1-3 night wakings!! I'm now going to try to alternate am and pm workouts where I can. It's not easy but I need to get in shape!
