I'd try and get a few extra calories in if I could, your meals overall look pretty healthy! Except I'd swap the coke for a water (I don't like fizzy drinks) Try adding a glass of semi-skimmed milk somewhere everyday! I eat more every 4 days or thereabouts, twice a week anyway, I will hit 400-500 calories over my maintenance, with a pizza or some crisps and dip etc... Apparently it can help keep your metabolism on its toes, seems to work for me, and then I revert to a few hundred calorie deficit for a few days

If that was for me, I added 200 calories per week until I was at my maintenance levels (1800-ish) then I stayed there for a month, and now I've dropped 200 calories a day (1600ish) and I lose around 1lb a week, with exercise

Great call on upping your Calories! - I ate 1200 for a lot of 2013, and had to retrain myself to eat enough to gain some muscle mass! Im jealous of you dropping lbs at 2000 calories though! - I eat at1600-1800 to lose weight, including lifting and fasted cardio!

I have a really bad sweet tooth, I love chocolate! My go to food is two squares of some 74% cocoa dark chocolate once/twice a day and it usually does me fine! :) I usually have 100g of Natural greek yoghurt as a protein-based dessert if I ever feel like one too! Hey, I personally hate them and they leave me hungry! My Mother used them and lost 5lbs in 2 weeks with them but said she was never satisfied!
