When I was doing a mini cut I'd only drop my carbs, ususally by around 20% on rest days. Just started reverse dieting and eating the same amount rest day or not. Mel

Agree forget the scale tomorrow. And really 166 calories is nothing. That's why I don't do cheat days. Just work what I want into my daily allowance regularly. Or make healthier alternatives. Eg mixing plain greek yoghurt with fibre mix and protein powder and leaving it in the fridge for a little bit, and then adding fresh…

Right now my hubby lol. It's Sunday afternoon, my rest day and I'm trying to enjoy it. Not having to keep doing stuff just cos he wants to. So hiding out in the bedroom on the laptop while he's huffing and puffing away outside lol Mel PS plateaus suck!!

I try to stick to lean meats- mainly chicken and fish, fresh fruit and vegetables. Throw in some oats for breakfast and wraps for lunches/snacks. I have natural yoghurt and flavour with fresh fruit, cinnamon. I use alot of herbs and spices to flavour meals as well. Mel
