I'm in :) Ashley here, 5`10 and 161 pounds, and I want to get to my ultimate weight and lose 20-25 pounds and tone up. I want to be able to run again and down a few more dress sizes. I went from a size 16 to 8 and would love to get into a 4-6.

I'm 5`10, and would love to be around 135-140. I was over 200 pounds last year and have been able to lose 40, so another 20 pounds or so and I would be at my ultimate.

About an hour and a half to two hours. It allows the body to metabolize the food before you lie down (which is the slowest metabolising time). I love techno, especially for running. I find myself running to the tempo without even knowing it! American top 40, country and pretty much anything with a good beat. If you love the music you won't even notice how long you have been working out :)

I have also replaced regular bacon with turkey bacon, its great! I would pick turkey bacon over regular bacon any day. It s a lot less greasy and less fat.

i love the WII fit plus! It allows me to make up my own exercise sequence (yoga, strengthening), how difficult I want it to be, and for how many minutes I want to do it. I also love being able to do the different fit games; I have gotten to be a great hula-hooper and do it for about 10-15 minutes at a time. The beat boxing…
