I'm also in Southwestern Virginia. Just been on myfitnesspal for a few weeks though. I've already noticed that I do better keeping up with my weight loss whenever I keep track of what I'm eating & how much I am exercising, kind of makes me hold myself accountable. This is the first time I've posted on here.
