I used to use Leslie's DVD's and it's aerobics, not walking. Also MFP WAY overestimates calories for everything. When I did her 4 mile walk at 162 lbs, giving it my all, I burned 300-380 calories according to my heart rate monitor. You really really need one of those. When I'm on the elliptical I move my feet on the pads to prevent this. I slow down and roll my feet changing the pressure point from my heel to my toes, or I pick up my feet and "walk" on the elliptical for a couple minutes before letting them rest again, and then I can speed up and go for another 20 or so.
