Yeah my goal weight is 140, so even if I get there and I'm still not the right BF % / my body is still a little pudgy, it wouldn't be a big deal to just lose 5-10 more lbs. It's not like I'm going to stop working out when I reach my goal, anyway.

Yeah it's just all really confusing and my body looks so weird like now. It's like I'm fat-skinny. I think I'll just take Joey's advice and try not to think about the scale anymore, it's so weird compared to what I actually see.

This is also the one I use. It was about 100 bucks and that's cheap for a good one. Cheaper ones had terrible reviews and were apparently inaccurate or completely sucked. The ft4 has been good to me, though.

I agree with this guy! I don't really eat lunch or dinner. I eat about 6-7 times a day, things things that are around 200-300 calories. I exercise every day, and I've had consistent good results. I do 12-15 and I can remember my numbers and write them all down right after the sets are over. I use lighter weights, like I think 15s are the heaviest I use and some of the things have me pretty much screaming at 12 reps so I have to stop >_< But sometimes after I'm done they're still going or they're doing something…

Yeah when they're doing their breaks I just jog or do butt kickers for a minute to boost my heart rate. I don't like letting it go down and then having to lift weights again. :/

I'm 5'5" and 166 lbs Chest- 38 (Under breast measurement is 35) Waist- 29.5 Hips - 39 I really want to get that down to 36 26 36 before summer. Those were my mom's measurements when she was my age (she sewed her own clothes, that's how I know) and she was a bombshell.
