Try brushing your teeth and rinsing with mouthwash when you put the kids to bed. Who wants to eat when their teeth are already clean? Also continue to drink water until bed time. This will help keep you full. You might also be starving yourself throughout the day. If you're not getting enough calories throughout the day…

This is the recipe I like. I leave out the oil and the cheese and it is only 186 calories for half a pepper. It is super filling! And if you want two...who cares... It's still a 350 calorie supper. http://www.vegetariantimes.com/recipe/quinoa-stuffed-peppers-2/

Quinoa? Black beans? Diced Tomatoes? Spinach?

I follow a vegan diet and my breakfast smoothie puts me over for the day on sugar.

Your soup was AMAZING!!!! I added some sriracha for an added kick but it was absolutely amazing. I had a bowl last night for supper and I brought a bowl to work. Which I only ended up getting to eat about 1/2 of it because EVERYONE wanted to try it. Thank you so much for sharing.

I can't offer too much support at the moment other than keep pushing yourself. You will be tested by junk. Especially when you're busy and hungry. Even a vegan diet can be riddled with junk food and tons of processed foods. Stay away from thar stuff as best you can. PLAN PLAN PLAN your days. You should know today exactly…

My fiance is a planner and then shopper. I am a little more adventurous. I grab a bunch of stuff and then figure out what to cook with it. So I get the best of both worlds! She on the other hand...has to deal with my creations!

Use a search engine to find a vegan replacement for Chick-Fil-A. I made a spicy "chicken" sandwich out of portobello mushrooms that was WAY better than eating out. I even found a replication of their sauces. Do a little research and you can figure out how to spoil yourself while remaining plant based.

That's pretty typical of what I've been seeing too. I guess I'm doing something right because since January 1st I'm down 10lbs. I just wanted to know where everyone else is. Once I am to my GW I would like to sustain this way of eating.

Well the 15% is dependent on the amount of calories I consume. Typically I get about 70-80 grams of protein.

Brown paper bag on the counter top for a day or two. They will ripen up real quick. You want soft to the touch but not squishy. There is also a trick where you pop the stem off and look at the color underneath. Google it for picture examples.

I met the love of my life on POF.com. It was definitely a new experience for me but it was worth it.

It depends on the tattoo. If it's something that is thought out and has meaning then I think it's hot. If it's some generic wall art at a studio in Corpis Christy from spring break then it's tacky. IMO

Chocolate - cocoa, dark, milk, white.... I don't discriminate.

Just stay positive and keep working hard. One bad day does not ruin your progress. There are studies that "bad" days can actually rev up your metabolism because your body is shocked by the sudden increase of calories and is fooled into burning them instead of storing them because you've become accustomed to less. So keep…
