I watched my diet for 10 weeks at FXB and dropped a lot of BF. I continued with FXB changing nothing but my diet. I stopped watching what I ate and stopped feeding my body. Over a period of 8 months I slowly gained 30 pounds. On January 4th I told myself that something had to change. I gave up dairy, meats, animal…

If you really want the program to work for you then you MUST concentrate on nutrition. Limit your free days to a single free meal. Sunday's are a rest day but that doesn't mean rest on the couch and eat doritos all day. Sunday is actually the most important day because you're not working out. Feed your muscles good clean…

Lance comes and visits us here in Denver on occasion. I have done a couple of his KB days and one RT day. Give him a shout out from Denver Colorado next time you see him.

Congrats on FXB. What do you think of the program? I instruct at one in Denver, Colorado.

It depends on what your goal is for macros. The one's you listed at the generic ones that MFP assigns you. Those can be changed to fit your lifestyle. There is information out there that suggests that you can maintain lean muscle mass on as little as 10-12% protein. I tend to eat a lot of carbs but I try to stay away from…

It might not be your chest, shoulders, and arms that are weak but rather your core. Clinch everything tight and concentrate on keeping a tight strong core. This will help the motion become more fluid and you can lower your body as one single unit. Other than that, pushups are hard because they work. Just keep pushing!

I take fresh almond butter, dump it into my mixer, add a splash of honey and some cinnamon, and mix it up. This concoction is amazing. I can't hardly stay out of it.

Mine can't hear anything. Trust me....we've tried pots & pans, screaming, air horns, etc. Nothing wakes them up. Oddly enough, they sense when someone is walking up the front sidewalk to the door. They start going wild well before the doorbell ever rings.

You hired a personal trainer because your mind was too weak to do it on your own. This isn't a bad thing. Some people just need a kick in the pants. The mind will quit LONG before your muscles do. I commend this PT...he is kicking your butt and that's what you need. You will not see results by staying in your comfort zone.…

Peel them, freeze them whole, and use them in smoothies or make banana ice"cream".

I love Ezekial bread. It is usually found in the freezer section. I also keep mine in the freezer once I bring it home. I've never tried to make a sandwich out of it or anything but it makes excellent toast with PB or almond butter. I just use a knife and separate a piece to toast. I have never had a single slice go to…

I don't think the OPs question was alternate peanut butters...but rather alternates to taking PB&J's on motorcycle trips. Maybe I misread it myself though.

Scams....make your own shakes. Spend $20 on a single serving blender at WM. I use mine daily and it makes better smoothies than my Ninja. You can get the same high quality shakes at a fraction of the cost.
