I have 30 pounds to be under the 300. I was under 300 about 6 months ago, but ran out of my thyroid medicine and gain all the weight I had lost plus more. I am now back on my medicine and back to working out.

I agree that you shouldn't skip any meals. I also have food cravings at TOM. I eat what I am craving in moderation. Then when I do my workout for the day I do more Cardio to balance the extra I ate.
