Thanks for al the encouragement. I work nights too, Helenlarkin, and it is hard. It throws you all off with your eating schedules. I try to eat with my family but then I am starving in the middle of the night, so I am trying to split it up into 6 meals but I have my main meal with them. Good luck everyone!!
