Thank you. I probably need to eat more. I have been only eating 1500-1600 per day. I probably need to take vitamin D because I found out that my levels are low but not much.

You got this!!!!! I had to start over myself. 2014 I lost 80 pounds. 2015 I gained 40 pounds of it back. Now back on track and weight is coming down again. Walking is good!

Water is awesome! I also add a little bit of lemon juice to my water. I drink alot during the day. Also, fiber and protein helps me stay full longer.

Like others said, "Start small." Take baby steps. It is a lifestyle change not a diet. Jog in place to start with. jog in place for 15 seconds and add on as you get more energy. Take a 10 to 15 minute walk. Or just start off saying, "I will drink more water today." Good Luck and you can add me add a friend if you like.…

I think if it is within your daily calories then you should be fine. I wouldn't do it all the time. I drunk almost a bottle of Moscato about a month ago and I did not gain any weight. I was drunk...... :)
