go with the chair exercises then. And seated weights for your arms.
-
try joining a club and riding with others, wear something very visible-a safety vest of neon shirt.
-
Yes longer compression shorts will solve the problem.
-
add some hill training too. It actually gets fun after awhile.

I'm a former lifeguard/instructor and I have a lot of swim suits. For laps it's always a one piece for me. On the beach with friends a dressier one piece or a tankini-a 2 piece with a longer top. Waterslides-often a tshirt over any of my suits. When in the pool for work-with kids with disabilities-I add longer swim shorts…

Try increasing the intensity of your exercise-do some high intensity work, or speed work or work out longer Try cutting your sodium further-it's still quite high add more veggies to your diet-real veggies -like broccoli rather than veggie stix keep logging and exercising and weight loss will happen again Meanwhile take…

Back to opening poster, A couple of comments Take the time to fill in your profile-What is you ultimate goal? I suspect you have 20 lbs top to lose. Maybe less Vegetables exist. Eat some. I see avacado in your diary and that's it for veggies Your salt level is way too high. Skip the fries when you grab a burger. I still…

It's really inches lost not pants. It's also more needed to lose for the larger sizes, and less when transitioning between smaller sizes So waist lost 6 inches hips lost 4 inches Moved form a large 14 (well sometimes a 16 or a 14W) into a 12 ( smaller if in designer clothes). 45 lbs lost I'm 5 6

I have another box ready to go out today.
-
I often carry some peppermint lifesavers or a hard candy or two. My longest recent walk was 31k I found small snacks along the way was better for me than just a larger lunch. I'm type 2 since late Feb. on meteor in and 45lbs down.

I put on a one piece swimsuit today (I have a number of suits as I swim often) It was saggy in the bottom. And not worn out- the elastic was still stretchy. Real proof my butt has shrunk!
-
I'd suggest a Physiotherapist but in the meantime Swimming and/or water exercise class. What about biking outside? So much more fun going places rather than the stationary bike. Look up chair workouts on you tube as well.

eating low carb has helped me keep my blood sugars in a good range- I have type 2 diabetes Keeping my blood sugars in a good range has helped me curb my appetite. So 44 lbs down and I am finding it great!
-
Maybe track inches? If your profile photo is current I wouldn't worry about weight at all.
-
Either save some calories for the evening and snack healthy or do something in the evening so you can't snack. Take up arm knitting as you can't eat when both arms are busy.
-
Op I see you just joined MFP. Try tracking your intake forat tleast a week. My guess is that you are eating more than you think.

Glad to see that others have tried and liked this. I feel there is so much more to fitness than doing the same video programs or weights. SUP does use your whole body and especially those core muscles. After 2 hours paddling I did feel my muscles. I'm out today again with friends. LOL I did wait a DAY!
-
Don't do the same thing everyday. Run slowere and further, run quicker (wind sprints) swim one day, bike another, mix it up and use different muscles.
-
10% of body weight. I'd use vest for daily walks (easier on your joints) and keep on running without it.
-
calories consumed make a difference too. Great idea to join the gym at work and what a deal!
-
really no-one else does this? You all don't know what you are missing....
-
what's the big deal?I f the app gives you credit for walking when you actually ran very slowly it will just credit you with less calories burned. Since most apps tend to overestimate calories burned this should work out ok for you.
-
My advice would be to change up your exercise routine. Run further than 4 miles some days, other days do speed work, try a zumba class, add some 30 minute walks ro your days, try hiking with a pack, try a spin class.
-
Really? If you are losing inches why worry about weight?
-
YOur physio should be able to set up a program for you. Glad you are healing well.

Took a friend stand up paddling boarding. My water shorts that have been too small for a few years fit well. The ladies ones. I'm too small for the pair of men's water shorts I also have!
-
when you can spend the afternoon paddling at the lake and as a bonus the swim shorts that have been too small for a few years fit (I'm down 40 lbs)
