Be gentle with yourself. You can do this. Start with one thing at a time. Perhaps just fill in your diary for the first week. Then the 2nd week attempt to stay at calorie goals. It's a process and you can do it!

Ok what does your dance teacher say? 120 may be too low for your height and muscles.

sleep? You probably need more. Nursing? That takes energy. My advice is to leave weight loss until baby is at least 6 months and on some solid food.

You are a healthy weight at 130 for 5"6". 120 may just not be doable anymore You do have muscle from all your workouts. Maybe just live with it. I'm 5' 6" and was way heavier than you when I ran a marathon. You will be fine! Relax and enjoy your strength!

Try some biking with shoes that clip in or "cages" for your feet. It will certianly tone your legs.-perhaps a spin class?

You need a registered dietitian. You have no weight to lose and you probably already eat low carb.

Hang in there. What you are doing is working. You are losing inches. Your body is getting smaller.

1200 calories a day might be a bit low given your weight of 217.

add nuts cashews, almonds or even peanuts. They will increase your calories, and your protien but not your sugars.

I only log fitness activities not daily chores etc. I aslso do not eat back all the exercise calories. Just some.

so a friend took a photo of a group of us. Looked at her phone without my classes. Asked if she could retake it as my tummy looked too large. She gave me a strange look and pointed out that wasn't me. I'm still adjusting to the smaller me.

I'd also say at least monthly. Sometimes inches come off when weight hasn't moved.

3 pills a day- each one in the middle of a meal. I'm type 2 diabetic. Diaherra was an early symptom, not an issue now. I find it helps control my blood sugars which help me control how much I meet. I must say tho that 2 friends who are on it have had no weight loss as they haven't altered their eating.

was at 204 am now 160. Had stretch marks from before. Good news is no loose skin.

I use a misfit shine. my goal is 1000 points. Got it yesterday. It is a bit of a stretch for me. I don't hit it every day but hey one day I hit 4900 points-I was on an organized walk and it was 31k long. I don't do friend on misfit but do on MFP. Feel free to add me if you want.

swapped out by size 14 capris for size 10. Now to get rid of the muffin top so they fit smoothly.

Prune juice only for your first week and then just eat regularly at your calorie allotment On a more serious note-re-examine your head. What is the big deal about a cruise? A better goal would to be healthier and able to walk a good distance for all the port excusions.

Your pace is on the slow side. As you extend your distance do the walk run. On your shorter runs do the 25 minute run steady. You may also want to add in either speed work or hills. Either should help you pick up the pace.

when your sister tells you her wedding is in a year and her goal is to lose 30 lbs by then. You realize 30 lbs is too much for you to lose, you would be too skinny and 20 is a better personal goal.

I have been doing yoga for a number of years. It has not helped with weight management but has helped improve strength, flexibility and balance. It has also helped with stress management.
