eat the calories given by MFP. Make sure you eat enough protien and lots of vegetables. Log everything. Add some exercise. Be consistent and weight will come off.

swimming, aquasize spin classes or riding a bike outside. Also try an elliptical. Feet stay down-no impact.

Table at mall or outside/inside grocery store asking for money jar for money at local restaurant/business Most places that require this also provide some fundraising help to participants. What does "Autism Speaks" suggest?

Hold your earlobes instead of hands behind your head. Then you won't pull on your neck

slow your long runs down. Maybe even run 9 and walk 1.

Dieting doesn't work. Eat the calories given by MFP.

I wasn't tracking sugar-because most of it came from fruit until I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. So my advice-get a blood sugar test on your next dr's visit and if it comes back fine don;t worry about sugar.

You are pregnant.

so don't start 3 classes at once if it causing anxiety. Add one class and when feeling comfortable add another.

OK so you shouldn't have to carry multiple keys. One should do it, a car key or house key depending on where you run from. So you can get a wristlet that fastens on your wrist with a zipper pocket. You can lace your key through the bow on your shoes. You can get zipper posckets on shirts, vests, pants shorts. Some shorts…

Get good boots and coat and walk in the winter or cross country ski or snowshoe or ice skate. Now you are fitter you should be able to embrace winter and the activity choices that are offered. I'm sure you have heard "There is no such thing as bad weather just inadequate clothing choices" Really! I lived above the Artic…

What does the physical therapist say? Swimming or biking as options.

What does your physical therapist suggest? How about swimming or biking?

I keep mine hidden in boxes in front closet until halloween. 1 kind I can't eat. Some of the others I can. I just ration what I eat.

No ideal shakes needed. Pick a healthy calorie goal and have well balanced meals. Eat a wide variety of foods. Start your running training(even if that starts with walking). Your weight and fitness goals are achievable.
-
Great weight loss so far. See if you can add some more exercise time. Maybe just a 1/2 hour walk on your non-gym days or add a spinning or zumba class. something to complement what you are already doing. You are certianly on the right track.

I noticed last night that my longer walk by the creek took 45 minutes. It used to take me an hour.
-
add another exercise to your walking. or walk further and/or faster. Take a zumba class or a boot camp. What is your height and your weight?
-
yes try some rowing. Do planks. Patience it will disappear.
-
cycle-indoors probably to reduce risk of falling and re-injury. Join a spin class. Put your bike on a windtrainer of rollers at home. (if rollers put it in a doorway to prevent falls) Cycle your tummy away.
-
Burppees and planks.

after weight not really moving since August I'm ready to worik at it again. 10lbs That's into healthy BMI and I think my final goal weight.
-
crappy idea. Eat real food and exercise more!
-
do a reverse sit up. Start in the situp "up" position and lower yourself to the mat. Do this a few times-it's the same muscles just gravity is assisting you. and by the way-I trust you are doing bent leg situps and straight legs can cause lower back strain

I'm 56 and 160. Goal weight is maybe 150. Still have lots of pinchable fat around tummy. I was 122 pre-kids. 125 to get pregnant. 144 when very fit-running, biking and playing soccer. Large shoulders and large hips. I will get to a size 10 but that's about it.

Change up what you eat-but still stay within calorie goals. Try some new foods. add some new exercise. Remind yourself how far you have come. Not a diet but a lifestyle change.

By brother in law commented on how my walk had changed-that it was much less rushed or forced. I laughed and said "well it's like taking off a heavy pack".
