Good Job Everyone!! I got 3 miles done Saturday and additional 3 Sunday that makes my total 11/50 completed. I am shooting for 15 more miles this week.......will be difficult!!!!!!!!:smile:

Got new running shoes for Christmas and ran 2 miles on the treadmill (I have not ran for months so this was a big accomplishment) I am sure to be really sore tomorrow! 5/50 completed so far -walked 3 miles 1/6/14 and ran 2miles 01/07/14

January 6 I walked 3 miles- so far I have completed 3/50----brrr it's cold!

I am excited to weigh in Monday. I have been staying in my calorie range. I have not made it to the gym yet but will for sure in the next few days. The end of the month will be here before we know it. :smile:
