  • Getting my fitbit flex was a game changer for me. It really made me realize how little I was moving. Now I get such a kick when all the lights light up and I have hit 10,000 steps. I too am doing low carb and protein and have found it really has curbed my hunger.
  • Thank you for this - I'm glad I am not the only one having issues and when I read the postings from MFP Ops that they think it is fixed I got worried that it was just me.
  • After being overweight for what would seem to be my entire childhood, I lost a lot of weight as a teen girl (and we all know not in a healthy way being a teenager) and my lowest was 115 lbs at 5"11. Ya, way too thin. In university I was 135ish. My goal is 155 but boy am I looking forward to breaking that 200! Would love to…
