I'd love to add some new friends. I'm 48 and I'm down 53lbs from my highest weight. I was within 5lbs of goal but managed to sabotage myself and gained 10 more back. I'm committed to logging daily and making this work! I'd love some friend to help motivate and be motivated by. Susan

I'm also a Fitbit user. Accountability is the name of the game for me. It helps to have friends on here that can help keep you motivated. Sometimes just having someone like my post when I hit my target or exercised that day gives me a little boost too. Susan
