As far as I know, it doesn't matter if it's solid or liquid, What matters is your calorie deficit. As long as you drink plenty of water, You should be fine!

Thanks for the warm welcome. When I started my diet I was 240, as of yesterday I am 191. But I am having issues with temptation lately... Need to overcome that.
