  • Well, that's Level 2 Day 10 done!! Not sure if I'm looking forward to Level 3 or not!! Will let you all know how I get on tomorrow!!!

  • Level 2 Day 9 done this morning! The worst bit for me is still the Cardio! No pain no gain!!! Can't decide if I'm excited about moving on to Level 3 or not! Keep up the good work everyone

  • I was going to start on Level 2 Day 1 this morning, but I've woken up with a sore shoulder. I'm not sure what I've done to it. I attempted to do a press up, but no! Hopefully it'll be ok either tomorrow or Monday!

  • Couldn't get myself motivated to get up early and do Day 6 yesterday morning, but after reading posts here, did it as soon as I got home from work.
