Week 4 Day 4 done!!! (yeah, I forgot to post here last nite!!) I can't believe that I've only got 1 more workout to go!! Not sure if I'll manage to fit it in tomorrow, or if I'll have to wait till Saturday! Everyone's doing so well! :flowerforyou:

Week 3 Day 5 done!! How many days are you doing each week for? @dshalbert, I know, can't believe I'm almost finished it! I'm liking the 3 strength moves (when there are 3!!!) It's a challenging workout, but a good challenge! How's everyone else finding it??

Hey all! Sorry, I've been MIA for a few days. I got up to Week 3, Day 3, but I've got no hot water! A few friends have let me use their shower, but I'm not exactly a pretty sight after doing level 3, so the last thing I would want to do is head outside!!! Week 3 - Day 1 done! Wow, it kicked my *kitten*!!! Got a feeling I'm gonna be sore tomorrow! I always find that you don't get a full workout on the first day!

Hey Glad to hear every one's enjoying Level 1 so far! My plan was to do each Week Mon - Fri, then take the weekend as rest days. Last week and this week I've had so much on that I've not managed the 5 days, so will do Week 2 again this week, then start Week 3 next Monday. Together we can all do this :flowerforyou:

Sorry to hear you are unwell olalola. I remember when I was doing the 30 Day Shred, I attempted 1 day with the cold, but felt that I didn't put in enough effort, so didn't do any more till I was better. Well, what can I say about Week 2?!?! It's a toughie! Challenging, but in a good way!!! I'm not a fan of the "Plank" Cardio excercises, and guess what.... There are 3 different plankies here!! The worst being round 1, which is Plank Jacks followed by Mountain Climbers!! :noway:

Welcome all! I'm using 1.5kg (3.3lbs). I also have 3kg ones which I might use for some of the excercises. I'm not doing any other workouts. I plan on starting Body By You in January, and probably alternate with RI30 and 30DS.

I'm glad that I have done 30 Day Shred, as it really builds you up for RI30 Level 1. The warm up seems to have quicker moves in it than 30 DS. The format is the same, except that there are 3 Strength moves instead of 2. Slightly felt that I'd been working out, but no major pain the days after :)

Hi I did Day 1 of Week 2 today, so I'll join!! I'm only doing Mon - Fri, with Sat & Sun off. However, I will only manage 3 days this week, and 4 days next week, so will do level 2 for these 7 days. When I did 30 Day Shred, there was a Group created for it, maybe we could make one for Ripped in 30, what do you's think??
