  • I would defo recommend taking pics and measurements. For the pic, I used the timer on my camera!!! The last time I did the shred, I lost around 10inches overall, but not much lbs! Also, in the beginning, you can often put on lbs, but it will only be temporary. Good luck to you all! :flowerforyou:

  • Hey I did Level 1 Day 9 today. I'm off on holiday next week, and probably won't manage to do it that much. I think I'm just going to carry on with Level 1 this week and next, then start Level 2 on Monday 1st July. Keep up the good work all x
  • Did you take measurements and / or pics before you started? When I did the 30 Day Shred last year, I lost inches, but the scales didn't move much.
  • How are you all this lovely Monday? How are we all getting on with the challenge? I've got to confess, I did Level 1 Day 8 on Wednesday, and haven't done any more since then! :mad: This is the start of a new week, I need to get myself motivated!

  • Woke up early this morning, and couldn't get back to sleep, so I got up and did Day 6 of 30DS!!! Might even do it again when I get home! Make up for not doing it last Wednesday!

  • I logged as 20 minutes Circuit Training. Make sure that you take measurements at the beginning. My inch loss was much better than my scale loss!! I really should do it again!! Enjoy!

  • I did it at the beginning of the year. It is a tough, but good workout. I didn't see much difference on the scales, but lost a lot of inches and got good muscle definition. Make sure you take measurements before you start! Good luck with it!
