  • Hi folks! I'm up here in Aberdeenshire!!! I try and log on daily!! I'm more of a lurker than a poster in the Forums and Groups, but do comment on friends' status's and find it helpful specially when they give me a kick in the right direction when I need it!!!   • Count me in. I did it back in February, and am ready to start again! I would suggest taking measurements, as when I did it before I put weight on during level 1, but did lose inches. I plan on doing it Mon - Fri also with 10 days on each level!

  • It is a good work out. Each level builds you up to the next. I did it back in Feb / March, and I actually put on a bit of weight during Level 1, but I did loose inches though So if you do decide to go ahead with it make sure that you take measurements. Level 1 is on youtube if you want to check it out before you buy!

  • It is a great workout. You don't need a lot of space. The Level 1 workout is on Youtube, so you could try it out there before you buy!!

  • Those are great results. I was going to do Level 3 Day 9 today, but woke up wheezing (I have asthma). Took inhaler a couple of times, but no good. Decided not to make myself worse. Won't manage tomorrow and off on holiday for a few days on Tuesday. I'm gutted that I'm not going to manage to do the whole 30 days. Here are…
  • I'm on Level 3, and up until a couple of days ago, I was logging it as "Circuit Training, General" for 20 minutes, and it was saying 163 calories. I bought a HRM at the beginning of this week, and so for for the 27 minutes the lowest was 271 and the highest was 291.
  • Don't be too disappointed. After I finished Level 2 I had actually put on 1lb! I did lose a couple of inches, but nowhere near as much as I did after Level 1. Almost finished Level 3, so hoping for better results this time! Keep at it, and don't give up.

  • Did Level 3 Day 6 this morning! I did all but 1 of the full on travelling push-ups, I'm well happy!!! I could only do about 5 girlie ones when I started out on the Shred!!! Does anyone use a HRM when doing the Shred? What kind of results do you get? I've been logging it as 20 minutes Circuit training, general, which comes…

  • I did Level 3 Day 4 this morning, it's tough, but worth it! When I started off at Level 1, I couldn't do proper push-ups, just the girlie ones, but I can do them now! Not a lot, but it's a start!!!
  • Hey I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred. Did Level 3 Day 2 this morning! I had great results from 10 days on Level 1, not bad results from Level 2, and fingers crossed for good results with Level 3! It's a great workout, keep up the good work!!   • I did Level 3 Day 1 of 30 day shred this morning. It's great. I've got some of the 10 Minute Solutions DVD's as well, and some of the Davina ones. Once I'm finished with 30DS, I'll mix and match the ones I've got just now, then maybe get another Jillian Michaels in a couple of months.
