Yes, tuck it in, flex it whatever you wanna call it. A good exercise for down time or will driving is to flex and count to 15 seconds and do it till you get where your going.

I usually have a spinach salad with light ranch and a nice light soup. Cal: 180 add in some fruit and wheat crackers and your still under and full. Also try baked chicken and baked sweet potato. Cal: 300 lots of great vitamins and it really fills you up.

I don't recommend going under 1200, the diary says that to me if I click on it right after logging my breakfast but I know I could never survive that way.

I feel your pain:sad: , but everyday I eat a cheat food, but I try to only eat one true serving. I have also turned to gum and hard candy to help with my sweet tooth.
