My goal for April is to drastically increase my water intake and eliminate the sweets. I want to first cut back and eventually eliminate as I work towards my goal weight.

Today I am grateful that things are starting to come together and the stress is not as frequent. Unfortunately at this point it is a day by day struggle.

I have knee issues as well. I just make sure to wear a knee brace and do modifications when necessary
