Once your body uses up all its calories it will have to turn somewhere for energy. If you follow a reduced calorie diet above 1200 calories you shouldn't really see a problem though. It's also a good idea to eat at least half of your exercise calories, because your body needs fuel to keep it going.

Ever since I switched from a private gym to the YMCA, my life has gotten so much more interesting...I see so many people wearing jeans and nice shirts. It cracks me up. One time I saw a girl come to the gym, hop on the treadmill, sprint for 30 seconds without a warmup or cool down, and then leave. xD

I am a 36A so I pray to God that I won't lose anymore of what little boobies I have left. :( I wish I could transplant my tummy fat to the girls and then I'd be in great shape. :)
