  • I'd say bump yourself up to an even 1500 calories a day. I thought the less I ate would mean the more weight I lost no matter what but, I found out that I lost more weight when I exercised more and at more. I am not saying eat 2,500 calories a day. To me it sounds like you are not eating enough for your body to burn off.…
  • I do p90x and I own Insanity but, have not started it yet. I also use Brazil Butt Lift. I love it. It's a pain some days but, it does get results. I know people swear by Shakology but, I just can't afford it. I'm really sure that homemade protein shakes (or even store bought) would be cheaper.
  • Awesome pic. Kind of creepy sexy lol!
  • Yes. 6 weeks after I had my son.
  • Yes, I got mine 6 weeks after I had my son.
  • I've had it for a year and I love it. My periods are nothing compared to what they used to be. They've lightened up and shortened. I do get some cramping from time to time but, nothing too bad. As for weight loss I've been doing great no problems. I think it helps with my emotional issues a bit when I am PMS'ing but I…
  • After a long day of cleaning I try to get our 1 year old son in bed early so when he gets home at 9pm he doesn't have to worry with it. Then I make him something delicious to snack on and let him play video games all night.
  • I second water. Drink water when you get hungry. I try to drink 2 glass of water with every meal. I snack a lot of fruit and veggies raw, it's not too tasty but, it allows me to eat when I am hungry. It's also good to spread your meals out. I'm eating 1500 calories a day and try to keep my meals around 350 calories. You…
  • I'm a 38 DDD. As far as I know most women have different sized breasts. I know my right one is bigger than the other and it's noticeable. Is it noticeable? Just get a padded bra and take one side of the padding out? I know that's a ghetto solution but, it could work. My opinion would be just not to worry about it. I've…
  • Well, I have always chopped them and tossed them in Vanilla yogurt frozen or not. You could do a puff pastry with the pears on top? Caramelize them?

  • When I had a lot more to lose it was usually 2 or more pounds a week but, now that I'm closer to my goal I've stalled and before that I was losing about a pound(ish) a week. I've been reading that if you stall you need to kick up your work out and that a lot of problems stem from too much cardio and not enough strength…
  • Nope. I'm 100% sure I'm not. Not going to go into detail about that though plus I just had a test at my surgery.

  • I do a lot of pilates (I usually do the ones off Netflix) which consists of doing squats with your knees apart and lying on your side lifting your legs up and slowly. Most exercises I do I do sets of 50 - 100 cause my legs are horrible! I think that walking is doing a lot for me too. I do some hiking but, mainly walking…
