I'm about 135 now. I'm 5'2 as well. I'm a size 5/6. 120 is my ultimate goal but since I have a lot of muscle I might not be able to get that low without losing muscle. Maybe hit 130 and see how much fat your have left to lose. I'm still a good bit flabby at 135 so I know at least 10 more pounds will do me well.

I use 2 bras usually. Just to keep them from bouncing. I sometimes put on a regular bra and then 2 sports bras. I don't know what size I am now (Maybe an E or F) but when I started I was a J cup.

Still a fan of Bettern. I find it at Harris Teeter and it's low sodium 2 grams of fat and only 100 calories and it tastes like peanut butter. I agree the PB2 is amazing as well.

Hollow out the seeds. Add canned tuna and red peppers. I love it. Hummus is also great with cucumbers.

I don't eat mine back unless I dip below a net of 1000. My goal is 1500 a day and if I eat that and exercise I will eat a little over but, I never eat them all back. To me that would defeat the purpose at least I think so.

I think that maybe if you talked to you kids about what is going on it may help. Forcing them to "finish their plate" or however it used to be may very well not work with them. Yep. Change things up. You're going to have to work harder and different ways. Your body has gotten used to it. Depending on how hard you are working out you might have to adjust calories as well.

I do Zumba at home. I love love love it! I have a toddler and a small living room so sometimes its much easier to do Zumba than other cardio. It really is a blast once you get over feeling silly!

I had mine out last year and my body has gone haywire. I was about 165 pounds and now I am 145 pounds. Its been difficult. I had to lower the heck out of my fat. I try to eat very very low fat which makes it hard to feel full. My diet has had to change big time since then.

I've been scrubbing mine in the shower with a exfoliate and a exfoliating pad and then I slather them with lotion. It's done some improvement they shot up to J cups while I was pregnant and now I am a large D... Nursing 2 kids (still nursing one) did a number on the gals. Lotion and exfoliating helped me, it's worth a shot!

Tuna I had my gallbladder out last August and I need high protein as well but, I have to stay low fat and it is one of the best ways I have found to have protein. Also I drink Carnation Instant Breakfast too. I believe with 10 oz of 1% milk it is 20 gram of protein.
